if you've seen better.... where? and i don't mean any black and death metal drummers, 'cause that's really off topic here... i don't wanna listen to RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR for 5 minutes nonstop... yes, it's quite impressive too, but you know what i mean... ;)

He won first place that year, 2004, in the DCI I&E solo competition. This is by far the best all around snare solo I have seen. He brings a new trick into his solo (the elbow). Very complicated and has a really good groove to it. The guys from Blast! play easy things that look neat. That is what Jeff Queen told me last week at a clinic. Jeff was the lead snare in Blast!. Pacheco deserved to win that year. I have yet to see another marching snare solo that left as much of an impression on me. He was GREAT!
